About Me
Since 2001, I’ve been working with children from Preschool-12th grade in the school and after care settings; serving as a classroom assistant, special education teacher, early childhood teacher, and as a certified school counselor. I specialize in helping our youth cope with their own life challenges. As an individual who has endured many similar life challenges our youth face today, I provide perspective to my clients and help them develop the tools they need to overcome life's roadblocks.

The techniques I developed were so successful that friends and family began asking me for help with their own children's challenges. This motivated me to turn my passion for school counseling into youth counseling, independent from the confines of the school system. Without the constants meetings and covering classes, I can now focus on supporting our youth full time!
